Matt Fitzpatrick’s stunning victory in the British Masters supported by Sky Sports has earned the Englishman the Hilton European Tour Golfer of the Month award for October. Fans of My European Tour have voted Frenchman’s Benjamin Hebert’s first ace of his professional career – The European Tour Shot of the Month Presented by Nespresso for April. Hebert received 28 per cent of the votes for his sensational six iron on the 180-yard eighth hole, which pitched six feet from the flag and promptly spun into the middle of the cup to spark scenes of celebration at Tomson Shanghai Pudong Golf Club.
